How do I apply for Total Select Rewards?
Simply apply for a Total Select account today! Once approved, you’ll automatically be enrolled in Total Select Rewards. You’ll earn 1% cash back on payments made to your Total Select account, plus Up To 10% Cash Back on purchases at select merchants.^^ After opening your account, you are automatically enrolled in Total Select Rewards and can begin redeeming accrued points after your account is active for 6 months.^^
How do I earn rewards?
You can earn rewards by making payments to your Total Select Credit Card or by shopping at participating merchants. Rewards are tracked as points:
• Payments: Earn 1 point for every $1 paid to your account, equivalent to 1% cash back in Total Select Rewards^^
• Shop at participating merchants: Earn cash back when you shop at select merchants. Cash back rates will vary by retailer and are subject to change. You can view participating merchants and cash back amounts in your online account at Myccpay.com or the Total Card Mobile App.^^
How do I redeem rewards?
Once you have accrued at least 500 points, you can redeem your rewards for statement credits. Rewards can be redeemed online at Myccpay.com, in the Total Card Mobile App or by calling our friendly customer service team. Points can be redeemed in 500-point ($5) increments and will be applied as a statement credit to your account. Rewards redeemed as a statement credit to your Total Select account are applied to your outstanding account balance. You must still make regularly scheduled payments.
How do I redeem Total Visa Rewards?
Once your account is open for at least 6 months and remains in good standing, you can redeem your accrued rewards. Rewards can be redeemed online, via MyCCPay.com, Total Card Mobile App or by calling our friendly Total Select Card customer service team. Points can be redeemed in 500-point increments and will be applied as a credit to your card account. Each 500-point redemption will result in a $5 statement credit. Rewards redeemed as a statement credit to your Total Select Card account are applied to your outstanding account balance. You must still make regularly scheduled payments.
Do I need to activate merchant cash back offers?
No activation is required. Cash back offers are automatically active and ready to use. Simply shop at participating merchants to start earning rewards.^^
Which stores offer cash back?
Our list of participating merchants is regularly updated with new offers. You can view the most current list anytime in the Total Select App or by visiting the Rewards tab at Myccpay.com.
How long does it take for cashback to be credited to my account?
Rewards are posted within 60 days of the qualifying transaction.
• Your account must be current (no past-due payments) and in good standing (not over the credit limit or in default).
• Rewards may appear as pending before they become available for redemption.
Please note: Timing may vary depending on your card's terms and activity. If your account is not current or in good standing, rewards may be delayed.
Will my rewards expire?
Total Select Rewards do not expire and are good for the life of the account. However, if your account is closed for any reason, you will lose any unredeemed rewards.
